You might try our tournament in Liberal. We have a large facility, usually all matches are on at least 1/2 mat. We also normally have wrestlers from Colorado, Oklahoma, and hopefully some from Texas panhandle/Amarillo area., as well as SW Ks. There are plenty of accommodations,if needed. How about the tournament in Fredonia,Kansas on this date. We have not been there before but are considering checking it out. Does anybody know anything about this tournament?
We have always enjoyed the Maize tournament. It is a well-run tournament run in a split format. The 12&U and 14&U classes (and I think 6&U) wrestle in the morning. This was always great for us, as we could then go to watch the high school State Finals for 4,5 and 6A that evening. It's a great tournament for all ages, but it's also a great opportunity for those close to high school age.
