I like Taco Bell for the most part. But if i'm in Abilene anytime soon, i'll have to find out where Nigel works. I heard it was Arby's. I'll have to stop by and talk...

Helpful hint:
A box of 8 Rice Krispie Treats only weighs 1/2 a pound, so if it's the night before weigh in and you're more than a 1/2 pound under....chow down.
Also, for lunch, a package of Pop Tarts weighs only 3.74 ounces. A Frosted Strawberry package will run you 410 calories, whereas a S'Mores package is only 405.
And Raspberry Ice Crystal Light is a savior for those of us who want something besides water.
On tournament days, you're going to want to stock up on those tiny donuts from Dillons, Chips Ahoy cremewiches, gatorades (frozen into slushy form, of course), little cups of applesauce, cheese balls and some more Rice Krispie Treats.
Oh, and vegetables and stuff.

I don't think that Nigel lives in Abilene anymore, I believe he lives in Manhattan.

I've lived in Manhattan for the better part of 3 1/2 years now. I make it back to the home town every now and then to see my mom but thats about it. But really what does where I live have to do with food?

Those honey oat bars that they sell at Dollar General (want to say "Nature's grains" brand?) are really good for that post-match pre-next-round match time when you need a combo of simple and complex carbs for energy...

8 lbs??? you sissy. Put your "jogging suit" on and go run a few miles. Honestly, 8 lbs. Go sit in the sauna or wear a sweatshirt to practice. Don't post on here complaining about your weight ever again.

iFeelFat, man do you ride the short bus? You have some many @%$#^& comments on here.
nothinghard, I think the rice crispy treats are funny but will make you thirsty. What used to help me is I would eat diffrent foods. Figure out what goes through you quicker. When I was in high school I saw a slice off school pizza and skim milk usually equaled out the same as a school salad. Just keep track of your weight before and after eatting. If you get kind of thirsty suck on an ice cube. I am sure you know water weight is a killer.

Abilene doesn't have an Arby's although i think it would do well or at least decent. I could go for a Jamocha shake and some poppers.
