Almaguer from Olathe South should make an impact at 112.

I am pretty sure Grape and Buehler are from Lansing. I don't know about Ely but he wrestled kids, for the Lansing Slammers. Although Grape and Buehler probably shouldn't make this list?

oh indeed dhayes....kyle hudgins will be a solid 103 this yr. I can see him qualifying for state and placing if he wrestles to his potential.

Two that I have not seen mentioned are Alex Juby and Jed Mamie. Jed Mamie is a freshman at St. Thomas Aquinas. He was second at Kids State last year at 150 in his first year at 14 & under. He was 2nd also the year before at State in his last year at 12 & Under. Alex Juby was first at Kids State the last two years, including last year at 155 in his lst year in 14 & under. I do not know where Alex is going to school this year and I have never seen him wrestle but he must be pretty good to win Kids State two years in a row in his last year at 12 & under and his first year in 14 & under.

Asher Riner from Prat is a handfil, probably will have to shoehorn in wherever there is a spot between 125 and 140. wan a kids title years ogo, has been away for awhile but has bushels of talent and the heart of an elephant.

Alex Juby wrestles for Buhler, he should be our 171 or 189 pounder this year depending on how determined he is to wrestle, he didnt seem to excited with pre season hype

Mouse: Blasi will be up at 125 this season at the beginning, jake Dozier is at 19, prater is prolly at 35, Kramer at 52, denis (my kid) at 60, or maybe siroky as they are wrestling pretty close. Cole Kreutzer is looking pretty good at 45, with likely joey Scheaffer and Asher Riner banging it out at 40. Justin Veeder will be at 71 or 89, with Pope at 215 or 275. Hard to say how we'll do, we have the Pratt tourney up front and then the Ulysses tourney the second weekend, so we should have some idea of where were at at that point.

Blasi at 125 never thought i would see the day that happened. You guys sounds like you have some talent. I forgot to mention Brandon Henning he is wrestling 171 for us. What ever happened to Kidron Riner. He use to be a pretty good wrestler. I aint heard anything about him in a while.

I thought the topic was "Any good freshman to watch out for?", not the who's where of Pratt and Great Bend wrestling. There are pre-season previews posted for certain teams, and this information is likely available there!
