Why thank you. The others are kinda old, but you can't be dissing Metallica, that would be like flipping off the Pope.
Also: "Meaning of Life" by Disturbed "Bahwitahbah" by Kid Rock "Dragula" and "Superbeast" by Rob Zombie Most DMX is good rap to warm up to, it's hard without a lot of R&B bells & whistles.
"To the hip hop, the hippity hop, the hip hop dippity dee" (Rapper's Delight, Sugarhill Gang, circa 1983)

It's kinda hard to me to be able to tell anyone what the upmost awsomest warm-up music is because so many people like different kinds. I my self prefer stuff like slipknot, disturbed, mudvayne, godsmack, metallica and all kinds of stuff like that. Music that has a good hard heavy beat. My suggestion is just to listen to sumthin that gets u pumped up and ready to go. But that's just my 2 cents worth.

Good Charlotte? Keep that weak poo out of MY discman. How does "lifestyles of the rich and famous" prepare you to wrestle?

mudvayne songs eternal primates, death blooms, cold and silent, sedated, and drain us of life are all songs that make you want to kill someone. the song sic by slipknot is also good, aswell and break stuff the whole choris" its just one of those days were ya dont wanna wake up every thing is f'd up and everybody sucks" describes how i feel everytime i wresle. also the trapt song "headstrong" is great for warmup. but the song that gets my vote is the song that my kids club coach made us lison to before the state finals. phil collins "in the air of night"

I agree with Greenback, If I hear linkin park one more time I am going to hang myself.
Also, and maybe I am alone on this one, I don't get too pumped up by music when I can't even understand the lyrics (mudvayne). And does anybody else think Disturbed's lead singer is only slightly better than an autistic orangutan?
I am a big fan of Sound Garden.

It's not the words that get me pumped. It's the bass and the drums and the insane sociopath spewing vulgarities I can't repeat here for fear of the wrath of Pob Bhillips.

Here are some more tight ones....
Back to School by Deftones ('cause it rocks and I'm totally going to take my opponents to school)
Hey Man, Nice Shot by Filter (I know it's not about wrestling, but it should be)
Once we had a JV wrestler who was listening to the Mormon Tabernacle Choir while warming up. He was a stone-cold killah.
