I'm not really sure what you're trying to get at, but I can tell you that Wyatt Frohling is one of the best guys in Kansas wrestling. I've never wrestled for him, or even been to one of his practices, but I worked with him last summer in Hays, and you couldn't ask for a nicer guy. He had a pretty darn good program at Trego (WaKeeney) HS not too long ago. His wrestlers were well-coached, and his teams were competitive. In my opinion, he is one of the better coaches out there.

I am getting at that i think wyatt frohling is the best coach in the state of kansas. He is my coach @ russell and i wanted to know what other people thought of him. That's all i wanted to know. He is an awesome coach, his practices are enjoyable but also challenging. So if you people are wondering what my point is, I think he is the best coach in Kansas.

Yeah He may be a good coach, but can you realy say that he is the best coach in 123a. I don't know about you guys. You guys think that Russell is hevan or something and that every thing that comes out of Russell is good. Well some is, but in the last three topics that came from Russell, I don't think that I can agree with them.

I think school pride is a good thing and it is obvious that the folks in Russell are proud of their team and their coach. That's a good thing. But lets stop declaring Coach Frohling the best coach in 3-2-1a or Jesse Dinkel the best wrestler at 189 in 3-2-1a. Because neither have the credentials to back-up the honor.
It is true that Coach Frohling has coached some good teams and also true that Jesse Dinkel posted a couple of decent seasons - but how many state team championships has coach Frohling earned and how many state championships did Jesse Dinkel earn. Can you say ZERO?

I don't know Frohling. I am aware of the teams he coached at both schools, but why would you ask such a question. You say you want to know what others think, so long of course as they have the same as opinion as you!!!!!!!!! If you want to brag on him do so but if you are asking for opinions are you prepared for any opinions which are not complimentary? Why ask such questions????? Again I don't have a particular opinion but I don't like the question.

As a fellow coach, I would like to know what the coach from russell does to make his practices fun and challenging. I of course love ideas from others and am interested in the wrestlers point of view. What makes a good coach in your opinion?

I think it's great that some young kid loves his coach enough, and his teammate to come on here and say so.That says alot for his coach and the teamate he looks up to.Every coach should be so lucky.Every teamate should have someone to look up to.
Little M....you seem to just say bad things about your fellow league partners,it does not say much for you. When I was in school we were rivals but we always looked up to our fellow athletes in our league, times have changed...you have nothing positive to say about anyone but yourselves, guess that's why I heard all year how cocky the kids from minneapolis were,I've always respected the teams in this league for good sports and sportsmanhip and heard on more than one occasion how bad minnepolis and their fans were...i didn't belive it,I know many a good kid and parent from this town, don't spoil their image.

I've was at numerous 3-2-1A tournaments and matches over the past 12 years. I go to the the state tournament almost every year. I've watched many league wrestling matches, and football games. I have observed no fans from any of these schools that are any more than just plain old enthusiastic. I know wrestlers from many of these teams because I've met them year after year at kids fed tournaments. My kids have wrestled them my friends kids have wrestled them, bla, bla, bla... These kids are no more cocky than any other kids. The fans in Russell, Minneapolis, Ellsworth and Beloit seem to me be relatively equal in their behavior at sporting events. One kid on chat does not represet the voice of a community. You can't blame these guys for sticking up for their own. We have a strong league with several good coaches and many good athletes. This rivalry only makes for better competition.

I guess I didn't make myself very clear ybsmall,I have always stuck up for minneapolis even tho I have heard other people talk about them,I expect Little M to stick up for his team, but pay some respect,I've not seen that out of him.Drennan and Minfan stick up for their team without trashing anyone,so should Little M.
