I just wanted to know how other teams around the state structure their practices? Do most teams spend a lot of time running, drilling, or wrestling live?
Also, while in the Salina South matroom (which is freaking enormous, by the way) I noticed something called "Shark Bait," followed by a series of numbers like 1-5, 2-5, 4-2, 3-1. Does Salina South have some sort of weird code talk that enables them to communicate with each other through a series of tongue clicks and numbers, which may eventually replace the English language as we know it?
Now if you'll excuse me, I have to go jump some rope and start stretching for tomorrow's practice, seeing as how wrestling is the bane of my existence. (I'm not sure if that makes sense, but it sounds right.)

I know that our practices are running, then we drill what we have done wrong and make sure it won't happen again and then we go out and wrestle live, and at the end of our practices we run or do some sort of drill to get our hearts pumping.

shark-bait is a drill where you have 4 or more wrestlers in a group. the #1 wrestler wrestles the #2 guy, then #3, then #4. then #2 and #3 go at it, then 2vs4, then 2vs1 and so on

Sharkbait is just a drill for group wrestling, whether it be live wrestling, drilling, or situation wrestling. You guys don't need it anyways, you are way too good.
