just imagine having 3-2-1a and 4, 5, 6a all together for one state tournament. who would win these classes. i know 119 and 140 are loaded this year around the state. give me your output.

It's called "Grand State". I've heard a lot on this subject before, someone said that they used to do it a long time ago, don't know if that was true, but I would be really awesome to watch. 125 lbs Shumate, Ely, Almagaur, Skylar Scott, Freeman, Tannenbaum, and many other good wrestlers

Grand State might be a far fetched goal, but since there is a 16 and under and 14 and under we get a lot of these mixing of divisions. But think about it much like 6 and under which is held separately from kids state, there is no 18 and under! We need an 18 and under tournament and a host site for that!

Grand State was held in Kansas for two years not completely positive about the years but it was either 1975 & 1976 or 1976 & 1977.
