Lee did add quite a bit of squishy muscle. (I hesitate to call it "love muscle," that sounds icky.) My next question is to ask if he plans to KEEP adding squishy muscle to the point where he is a hefty 215er next year?
I hope so you know the routine bulk up for football slim down for wrestling. Actually there is alot of research that suggests to add alittle muscle one will probably add alittle fat. Which is good for wakeboarding this summer, it helps keep the board in the water for faster cuts, higher jumps and better face plant splashes.
