Heard there was quite a bit of stalling by both Dawson and Riffel in their championship matches. Was anyone there who can tell me a littel bit more on the situation?

I guess I should be more cut and dry. I heard they took all their injury time, going into the third period. Are they out of shape or were they really hurt??? Were the matches close?

Dawson and Riffel had some pretty solid opponents in their matchups. This was Riffel's debut in an Abilene singlet and he held on for a win in a tight knit match. Dawson avoided King(?) of Wamego late, who came attacking and was trying to hook up something to toss. Some might call it stalling but if you aren't called then it isn't. I know Riffel said after his match pretty confidently that, "nobody can beat me, I'm focused this year" so we shall see with Bobcat this week.

Yes there was a bit of stalling by Dawson against Madison King of Wamego. He might have been hurt since King physicaly beat him the entire match. King was ready for the match and in shape Dawson was sucking for air after the first period.

Well Sweazy I never said that "nobody could beat me." My goal is not to go undefeated, because anyone can get beat on any given day. Yes I am focused and ready to wrestle the rest of the year. But my main goal is to win a state championship and help Abilene win a Team Championship. So I don't know where you got that from.
