Go the the NCAA next month and chart how many Ohio and Penn wrestlers are in the semi's and the finals. There are a ton of unreal teams in those two states as well as in Iowa and Oklahoma

Any poll that ranks a Florida team in its top twenty is suspect I think.

It is the National Wrestling Coaches Association. You can go to their website and draw your own conclusions. But, there is a lot of NCAA D-1 talent coming out of Florida and California now. The sport is starting to catch on and numbers are growing. California has over 400 teams alone (in one class with one state champion per weight). Don't be such a skeptic, enjoy the national success.

Absolutely. The SkyHawks are a true class program. There are four real good programs in Nebraska right now...Skutt Catholic, Lincoln East, Papillion-LaVista, and Columbus.

I'd like to see a ranking of Public Schools (where they can't recruit), and then 160 students in the high school or less. Then Hoxie has a chance at #1....for reals.

Then find another public school with as few of kids out for wrestling and match them up with Hoxie....There isn't many that would win.

Yeah they have been saying that about Florida for a long long time now and they don't seem to go very far when they come out. California is a whole different deal they have been tough for fifty years not to mention about six thousand miles away. I am not a skepic, but I got to see it to believe it.

What facts do you have to support that kyle dub? Do they have any nationally ranked wrestlers? Do they compete in tough tornaments outside of Kansas?

if every state had a grand state and the grand state champs made up a team, who would win a national dual tournament? kansas doesnt have a lot of great teams, but we have a lot of great individuals, as evidenced by our senior national placings last year.

I have no evidence....I'm just sayin find another small school and I'd love to see a dual. Its too bad it will never happen. The great thing about a forum is that people can speak their mind, its not about making a comment and gettin ridiculed for it. I honestly believe what I speak and if you dissagree so what. Where's your proof. As for Ark City another great great team, curious though which was the best year out of the 11? I'd like to take that year and wrestle Hoxie's team this year...no massacure, just a great dual. This is what i firmly believe....tell me I'm wrong if you want, I don't care. What ya gonna do take my birthday away.
