"I always thought they should have a seeding meeting at state, and seed all the regional champs and runner ups in each weight."

I presented a State Bracketing formula to the KWCA this year for review. It would still use the states formula but would seed the 4 Regional finialist based on specific criteria. The 4 Regional champs would be seperated and the remaining regionals would follow the states formula with placement according to their respective champion.

I've probably confused everyone, but it would seperate the Regional Champs by seeding, hopefully eliminate some of the actual finals being wrestled in the Semi's and possibly build alittle "excitement" for our final matches. How many times have you seen two defending champions or undefeated wrestlers meet in the semi's?

I could attach the whole formula on here but I hope the KWCA will present it to the Coaches this year for review and then on the KSHSAA for next year.
