Looked like a legal move to me. Had that been my kid that "dad" did that to, the next image in that video would have been me putting "dad" in a bacon straightner and dragging him to an anger management class.

My mom saw this video and said that happened at an Ark City tournament when I was wrestling. She said the dad didn't throw the kid but picked him up off of his son.
