I don't know much about the other districts, but I know district 1 is tough.

I probably should not be commenting on this since I am not familiar at all with this division. But I noticed you did not have a reply so I thought I would see if I could tell anything from the Results in the Events section.
Tyler Andres from TOHK has recently won his sub-district (I believe it is II north) and he also recently won the Wichita Classic and Maize tournament. He also won at Salina earlier. These are all big meets and the Salina would have given him the opportunity to meet wrestlers from other parts of the State,so he would probably have to be considered a top contender if not the No. 1 State Seed. Check it out on Sunday and see if he wins District II.
What got me to notice your post was the age at 8 & under. I think it would be hard to predict at this young age. There are probably a lot of wrestlers and parents new to the competition who are unaware of the bigger tournaments and don't even go to the ones I mentioned. So I think an unknown is more likely to surprise at State at a younger age. Good luck to you at this weekend's tournament.
