You might as well build a full set of districts.
Three more I can think of.
1 The super senses and agility of Daredevil.
2 The forcefield/invisibilty of Invisible Girl.
3 Line of sight tranport - Nightcrawler.

I would expect quite a few flagrant misconducts.

The brackets are complete. You can start having hypothetical matches now.

Windjammer, I believe there is a problem with the seeding. Nigel is tough, that's a given, but how in the world do you have Lord Voldemort as an 8 seed for Nigels first match? I mean come on, he's much tougher then Hoss Cartright ever thought of being(unless the match is on the Ponderosa). Nigle worked hard for his 1 seed & I see a travesty in the making if Voldemort pulls some of his dark magic tricks. I think there needs to be a seeding meeting.

If Voldermort's in, then Harry's gotta be in there somewhere. I mean he has defeated Voldermort a few times now and has yet to lose.

Geesh this is almost like a district seeding meeting.

6. Invisible Girl
7. G I Joe
8. Tarzan
9. Fat Albert

District 2
1. Harry Potter
2. Alien
3. Predator
4. Rocky
5. Drew Barrymore as Firestarter
6. Robin
7. Hoss Cartwright
8. The Creature from the Black Lagoon
9. Lord Voldemort

District 3
1. Superman
2. Incredible Hulk
3. Spiderman
4. Mr. Fantastic
5. The Green Lantern
6. Luke Skywalker
7. Wonderwoman
8. Batman
9. Beast Boy

District 4
