Obviously Clay Center, they return 9 of 13 state qualifiers with 5 returning placers. Then you probably have to look at Colby who returns 7 and Labette County who returns 7 qualifiers. Andale, Andover Central, and Chanute all look to be very tough as well.
Colby returns 3 state placers: Luedke (3rd-125), Olsen (6th-130), and Kriss (5th- 215).
Colby also returns 6 state qualifiers: Reed (103), Wark (112), Zweygardt (140), Arnberger (160), Kriss (171), and Brown (285).
Brewer, who was a state qualifier in 2006, will be in the mix next year too.
