They made a mistake in the rules meeting and on the hand out when it said that a Wrestler Could lose 8% of their alpha weight (OR) be within two weight classes. That means in mathimatical terms that it could be one or the other (union of the two). However after Mr. Bowden explained it futher he stated that it was which ever was less. They printed it wrong the rule should have read: Wrestler may lose 8% of their alpha weight (AND) be within Two weight classes meaning an Intersection of the two(what they have in common).
