Speaking of Lansing, #5 ranked 5A Grant Hinkley beat #2 ranked 5A Jordan Brown at the Bobcat Classic. But Hinkley also lost to #4 ranked 5A Greg Curtis from Gardner earlier this season. Looks like everyone moves up with Brown dropping to #5, with Hinkley #4, Curtis #3, unless there is something I don't know about.
Your welcome. We don't get to show our colors very often so in this case I feel we deserve a little respect. Remember the most colorful bird gets eaten first. I also think the two Curtis boys should be ranked some were also. 160 seems to have an abundance of good wrestlers, how to sort that mess out who knows. I look forward to an action packed second half of the season. There are so many good wrestlers out there these days and the gap keeps getting smaller between them. The high school coaches seem to be settling into a very good groove. I can't say enough about our Kansas wrestling at this point. I hope they carry a heavy set into the Senior Nationals and show the rest of the U.S. that Kansas wrestling has arrived.

I agree that both Curtis kids should be ranked. They are having a great year. Daniel Blair is ranked #2 at 145. He has come a long way over these last two years and I know he has a lot ahead of him, but #2 is too high. He was pinned in the 1st period by both Charland and Tyler Baughman from Lansing at the Bobcat. Baughman should be ranked ahead of him.
