Gary - Sorry to disagree but I don't think the rule is that clear. Thus we need some interpetation.

Why does the rule say "for review during competition". That makes it sound as if review after competition is allowed. If not why wouldn't the rule simply say "for review".

And if review after competition is allowed then how would that take place if you do not videotape?

No need to bring any lawyers or etc.. but you stated a position I am simply trying to evaluate it and wanted to know the source.

Richard - I do remember the incident you described. Do you know if KSHSAA has ever commented on this particular rule? We seem to have two different schools of thought.

Q1: Can a spectator (non-coach, non wrestler) videotape?
Q2: Can a wrestler review a tape after a competition is done but the season is still on going?
