There is a diet on the internet called the "wrestlers diet". It is very good and you will find that you actually will be eating more than you think. It is designed for high school kids so you may have to change it a little. In our house, whenever one of my kids is close to his weight or wants to lose just a pound, they eat progressive soup for a couple of days and all the vegetables/fruit they want.
