The attraction to this is the very reason why we are trying to start the "Border War Duels" at Ray-Pec High School. I have sent more emails than I can remember to Kansas schools trying to get this tournament going asking several of the current top programs to attend. I think it could be a great event for both states and is fifteen minutes from downtown Kansas City. The Border War Duels is currently consisting of five teams from both states. Is something we would like to expand so that it is a Friday/Saturday tournament that would feature the best teams from each state in a dual format against each other. Imagine having Bishop Carroll wrestling side by side with Goddard against Park Hill and Ray-Pec...the possibilities for fans would be endless!
