The Jayhawks are not interested. I was told, after this email, that the only programs that are even being considered are tennis and swimming. I am considering pulling my sponsorship at KU!


Will: Rodney has forwarded your message to me. We understand and appreciate your desire to have a Division I wrestling program in Kansas.
Right now, however, our primary goal at Kansas Athletics is to get the sports we currently sponsor onto firm financial footing....that includes everything from facilities right down the line. Only then can we think about adding other sports -- as much as we'd like to do that right now.
