But then your kids might get ahead of the other kids that aren't willing to work as hard as your kids. Right now KSHSAA is not willing to reward the kids, coaches, and teams that put out the extra effort to better themselves. They don't think it would be "fair" to everyone to relax the rules on coaching "out of season". BS. Let's introduce our kids to the real world. The guy that works the hardest is going to be the one that is the most successful 99 times out of 100.

I did notice that some of the coaches that were at the tourney last weekend, just happened to be from some of the successful programs around the state. They know what it takes.
