MF if you are looking for a good Wrestling Team, come and try Valley Center. I wrestle there and we have a good work out routine and we tool 1st in state last year and took 10th this 2002 State Tournamnet. TOHK is good too. Try Valley Center and if your son shows improvement then stay, if not then try TOHK. But the choice is up to you.

PAOLA KIDS CLUB and a couple of ataboys to Mark Slyter his intensity comes out in the boys on the mat. We don't have the number of kids (yet) but we do have some results.
