I found out about this earlier in the week, but I didn't want to post about it or believe it. There was about 9 pages of discussion on themat.com and it has recently been removed, but I have a hard time for people sticking up for these two. I will be the first to admit that I made some mistakes in my life and I had to face the repricussions of my actions. I do believe we need to always forgive people if they truly prove they are sorry about what they have done.

I do not know either of these two personally, but I would have to think that they know right from wrong. Personal choices, personal lifestyles, or whatever you want to call it is one's own choice. When you are representing something else, you need to be careful with what you do. These two whether they want to or not, represent the University of Nebraska. I totally support UNL, Coach Manning, and whoever else was involved with the decision to dismiss the two wrestlers.

I truly hope these young men, learn from this experience and come back even stronger in whatever they choose to do. It really is a sad day in Lincoln and another blackmark on wrestling.

One last thing. What does Kole Konrad and Steve Mocco have to do with this topic?
