If there was a college in Kansas (preferably KSU ) that had a D1 wrestling program, would this be our most competitive team compiled from in-state talent? Thoughts/Suggestions?

It all depends on how you define "in-state" talent. Does a guy have to wrestle one year in a Kansas HS, two years, three years, etc...or can he be considered a Kansas wrestler if he wrestled his entire childhood in Kansas kids clubs, or he wrestled three years at a Kansas Junior college?

I guess you could put Shumate in there, though i dont know what weight he is... And even though he didnt graduate a kansas kid, Elijah Madison still spent most of his years a kansas kid, and hes been working some heavys. Marvio also looked real good at the tournaments ive seen him... as has little Flynn... and what about Garcia at 125, and Taplin at 65 or 74?
