Chief Did Hicks beat Woten @ 215??? If so, when? where? score? Also, I think I have an idea as to how you rank the teams but do you put like a point value to it? I mean like Goddard has 215 points, #2 has 210 points, #3 has 193 points. I love the rankings but if there is a point value I would like to see how close they are!
THANK YOU FOR ALL THAT YOU DO! Hicks beat Woten 2-1 in the finals at Chanute on Saturday. As to the team standings, I apply a point system for the 6A rankings but the All-Class team rankings are done differently due primarily to the larger pool of teams. I tried applying a Grand State scenario point system, but felt that it was a bit limited in it's application. Average team finishes are used as well as personal preference decisions from the Chief!

Brock's injury was to his hand....heard it was doing good now. Yes, Trey Page has wrestled very good this year! It is a shame one has to sit out...

Ref 152 - How could Sutherland drop all the way to 9th, when he lost to Newell by only 1, but overall Sutherland has won 3 of the 5 that they have wrestled? Sutherland has beat Wright-Conklin. He only lost by maybe a point or two in either match, so why??????? His record speaks for his normal wrestling and not the off 2 mataches that he had.

Hint: When you use multiple punctuation marks or all caps, it feels like you're yelling. And Chief works way too hard on these rankings for us to yell/complain. (I don't think the job pays very well either :))

Yeah I've been trying to figure out why he is ranked after his early season performance at Minneapolis: 160 1. Chase King Ellis 2. Tate Omli Minneapolis 3. Matt Menear Council Grove 4. Jess Lemon Chapman Maybe because of how he did at Bobcat having tight matches with Benny Armstrong and Tyler Baughman. I'd say someone like John Hambleton should be above Lemon at this point. Hambleton finshed ahead of Baughman and had a close match with Wuthnow at Baldwin. Nod idea if they actually wrestled: 160 lbs. 1st - Ryan Wuthnow (AB) def. John Hambleton (LC), 2-0 3rd - Tyler Baughman (LAN) def. Chase Wells (SFT), 3-1

Baughman lost to Wuthnow 4-2 in OT and didn't get to wrestle Hambleton.

Changes made on these big matches...
Gentzler beat Furches in OT. Anderson beat Hood. Frye beat A. Bontz. Hinman beat Medlin.
I moved Crank up because he's on a roll. Waiting for Windham/Watters III.
