Every year at this time, as a District Director I find myself doing the same thing. I look over the State Entry forms, checking for the spelling of a name, checking that the District number is circled, and as is the case with roughly 20% of them, I find myself searching for the elusive membership card number. While I have a few issues with club directors who do not submit forms that are properly filled out, the issue of 14's and 16's having just applied for their USAW card, is not one of them. So, every year at this time, I E-mail Kathy Juby with a list, (140 this year) of card numbers that I do not have! And it is Kathy Juby who comes through!!! I don't know if she does this for other Districts, but District 1 owes Kathy a HUGE thank you.
