It's very simple:
3-2-1A and 4A should not be allowed to have their seeding meeting until Friday morning since they don't start wrestling until Friday afternoon. Thus, the teams that travel only have to pay for one night's hotel stay.
5A and 6A could continue to have their seeding meeting on Friday night because wrestling starts Saturday morning. Teams that travel to 6A and 5A arrive on Friday night and are already there.
