Lonnie Finney #82 from Brawlers if he is on his game. He will be a tough one to beat.

In D1 I would say Clay Lautt and Blaine Ray.
I agree Finney is the one to beat at State.

Depending on who Jumps where its hard to tell, there are some 79 pounders that may jump up. Lautt wrestled at 79 this weekend so who knows where he will be, but will be tough to beat regardless. Knuckles from Ark City is tough but Finney seems to be the one to beat

Here's what I've seen ... Finney, Knuckles and TJ ____ ? from Salina will all be in the mix @ 82 (unless they switch weight classes). Lautt has been weighing in between 77/78 so I don't know where he'll wrestle @ this point. 5 pounds is alot to give up against wrestlers of that caliber!!

Chris Detes from Marysville is either 85 or 90 pounder and Dalton Peters from Ottawa County are both stud in either 85 or 90 where ever they go. I've seen them both and they had no trouble with a 8 and under 80 pounder State champion from last year. The 10 & U 95 has Brett Moon from the Brawler is looking real good when it comes to winning state this year at 95 lbs.

Kelton Suchy from Russell, and TJ Ragoni from Salina. There are tone of good wrestlers at this weight. But people could go up and down at this age. These are 82 lbs right now.

Another interesting one is Tommy Wedgeworth from KC Prodigy. He wrestles in both KS and MO tourneys. If he is in KS he would be a contender as him an Finney had a good match in Salina.
Can you wrestle in both state's Championship Series???

Tommy is a missouri wrestler he will be going to state in Missouri. I dont think out of state kid can wrestle in KANSAS STATE tournament.
