Because some of us don't have to be told to do the right thing as long as it is within the rules?
Is this an insinuation that I don't do the right thing unless it is in the rules? If everyone would agree on what the right thing is then we wouldn't need any rules. It is painfully obvious to me and most of the rest of us that you just disagree to disagree even when you agree! My best defense to this situation is that the right thing has NOT been getting done so we need a rule.
