See that is the problem with this rule as currently written. According to the rule and it's current interpretation the bouts should have been re-bracketed to a round-robin REGARDLESS of when the drop to four wrestlers was discovered, period. That is why the rule should read 'when bracketed' or 'when seeding takes place' etc. As I see it, the bracket was still wrestled incorrectly per our Constitution and By-laws. I still question if the wrestler who scratched, weighed-in in the first place.
