If you were born in years 1995-2000 and want to compete at USA Wrestling's National Tournament you must first compete at this years Southern Plains Tournament in Hays.

You will wrestle the weight you make at Regionals for Nationals or may go up. You can not compete at Nationals at a lower weight than you competed in Hays.

If you do not have a copy of your USA Wrestling Membership Card, please contact your State Membership Director prior to the event.

Entry fee for participants registering online is $35 if competing in one style or $60 if competing in both styles. Team Kansas will start our journey Sunday morning in Topeka KS at 8 am leaving the South Topeka toll plaza. We will pick up athletes along the way at the West Ellsworth exit at 10:30 am and Oakley exit at 1pm. We will make our way to Grand Junction CO by Sunday night and finish our trek to Orem UT Monday morning.

That was the original plan until we lost a couple of van drivers, now I would appreciate the help getting the vans in Topeka. I know it is a little out of the way, I have to drive 3 hours east to turn around and go 16 hours west. It will all be worth it in the end!
