Mark I think there may be some confusion here. Are you taking the 5th and/or 6th place finishers from one sub and putting them in the district bracket as being from the other sub if it didn't have 4 qualifiers? Or, are you just wrestling off to 5th and 6th in case of the 4 placers ahead of them in that sub cannot make the district tourney?
