The Grater's do a fantastic job and they work within the system. It is time to give them a new system to help them out. Each club should be given a unique user id and password which permit them to vote once on critical issues such as the weigh in. Given the number of clubs and kids within each club the state body meeting doesn't fairly represent the massess. Issues could be posted with a predetermined vote deadline. The club director could review the issues with their club and vote accordingly. The state body meeting is too crowded, the accoustics are poor and directors have no idea what their club wants as it might be the first time they have heard about the topic being discussed. Online discussion would replace the need to meet in person.

It is 2004 so we should embrace the technology we have at our disposal.
