I WAS MISTAKEN and thought the award went to the 189lb Anderson. I could not see how with 4 undefeated kids in the tourny they would give it to a kid with one loss and a 3-1 finals match.
I was informed by my Dad Coach Lamar that the 140lb Anderson was the best wrestler in Holton last weekend and the 189 Anderson was darn good too. My bad hope you understand my confusion.
Good luck to all Clay Center, Abilene and Silver Lake wrestlers this week end.
The finals at state should look like a NCKL Dual I cant wait.
