Here is one that you may not know about in Salina....Daimaru Steakhouse on Crawford. They cook in front of you, light stuff on fire, and throw shrimp in your mouth. Its about a block away from Hickory Hut which is great, too.
That style is called Tepanyaki made famous by the great Benihana restaurants. Some of my favorite places.
