Great Work on Jaron Brown, that takes care of our heavyweight situation. As for the forms you need filled out on the front page of usawks.com there is a link to "Junior/Cadet". If you click on that you will find the Medical Waiver Form (Insurance Information) needed to compete in the duals. This is the only form needed and it must be present to compete in Minnesota. You may print that off and fill it out and bring it to Lawrence when we leave. Make sure that you also have your USA Wrestling Card or a copy of it with you.
