We will do a good warmup, lifts, carries, drilling, then the majority of the 6-8 pm session will be live wrestling in two groups. All are invited that have a current USA wrestling card. Hope to see you there.

Good night last night. Plenty of 6u and 8u kids to choose from. The weather and illness kept a few of the bigger kids away. Everyone got a lot of banging in. Lots of good scuffles. When you have to keep a close eye out to make sure a brawl doesn't break out, you know it is a good night at the wrestling room.......!!!!! I promise you, after an open room night, your kid will become mentally tougher. Bank on it.
