One point of emphasis: Please be sure to do a thorough skin-check with your wrestlers, and if there is anything remotely questionable have them get a skin check form filled out prior to wrestling. If a communicable skin condition is noticed and the wrestler is unable to present the skin check form filled out by a physician, they will not be permitted to wrestle and no refunds will be issued. The final decision will come at the tournament director's discretion. PLEASE DO NOT TAKE THE CHANCE. IF IT IS REMOTELY QUESTIONABLE, GET THE FORM!Weigh-in: Weigh-ins, skin & nail checks will be conducted by each club on Friday night (February 4th) and submitted by 8pm, Friday February 4th. Email millvalleywrestling@gmail.com by Wednesday, February 2nd for Spreadsheet template to be used. (We will check weights if abused or questioned.) All wrestlers must be pre registered by 1/29/2010. No new entries will be accepted on weigh in sheet. Provide contact information on weigh-in email. Friday, February 4th 8pm Weigh ins need to be submitted to millvalleywrestling@gmail.com or risk wrestlers being deleted from tournament **ONE SPREADSHEET PER CLUB PLEASE**
