So entering day 2 and carrying through today, what are the biggest surprises (can be an upset win, close score...whatever). Post them here.

Freshman Joey Defore 24-7 from Dexter, Coop with Central Burden defeated senior Ross Harris 33-1 (Stafford) in the Semi Finals at 112 in Bluestem. That was a big win.

I would say Costa pinning Strauss was a big surprise.

Free State HS being in first place after first round (do not think about all the pts teams did not have yet due to byes) It is a first for them and they wrestled hard.

This little dude heavy weight Realdon (sp?) from Clay Center beating a HUGH Abilene heavy wt in Concordia for the title tonight. I doubt if this Reardon kid weights over weighs 185 pounds. The Ab. Cowoboy looked like he weight about 250 . . . But, David slew Goliath tonight in the finals out in Concordia.

My 12-12 freshman 103lber making to the finals defeating two opponents opponents with 20+ wins.
