Do not have much experience with wrestling. Son wrestled in HS 12-16 years ago, and I have been a fan since. But, for the life of me I can not understan what and why the push for a "dual state tournament". More costs, more time, and proves what? Does small school champ wrestle biggest school champ after some qualification process, or do 2 schools from same class wrestle for the trophy. If from different classes, how pair? Sounds like a second chance venture for kids who did not make it to the "individual" state tournament. Is not wrestling an individual sport. If a team sport let's line 2 or more schools up in a cage--I think it is called WWF! Is this something the kids want, or is it being driven by dads and coaches who are reliving their glory days vicariously in their son's sports. Lets go play baseball and run track, or for those who want, go do USA Wrwstling.
