I noticed above that Newman wrestling roster lists - 141- Zach Bainter (Transfer- Garden City CC)
I believe Bainter was running track for Garden last year and did very well.(was a state champ in a couple of events in track also) He was a 4 time state placer at Norton, winning it in 2009 at 140.
I had heard that Colt was going to wrestling for Benedictine and posted that under the "Who will Benedictine hire" thread on the college forum a couple weeks ago. I deleted the post when I found out that wasn't true. Glad to see that he IS actually going to be back on the mat!!!
Thank you for the update on Matt's state championship. I thought they were class of 2009 and did not check their results in 2010. I was aware that Colt was a four time state champion.
