Just an idea...but how about with the upcoming regionals, each regional sets up a laptop or 2 with some people working the tables in the lobby's and having that site linked up ready to go and submit as many names there, or get a spreadsheet and have people fill that out and then get manual entries later over the computer by dedicated volunteers?
