I am not sure where 281 is, is it paved? More than 1/2 of the population of Kansas is from west edge of Topeka to Missouri. So I am guessing that east of 281 there is about 85% of the population. Therefore 1 out 7 is roughly 15% so this correlates perfectly.
And back to Will being Will, it was merely a statement of geography.
Don't tell me you weren't insinuating or accusing Chief of eastern Kansas bias. It was NOT "merely a statement of geography."
If was going to make the Eastern KS bias comment, it also would have included the 5/6A pot shot as well, neither of which was made, nor will be made.
