Had the pleasure of attending the Oklahoma State University Wrestling Banquet last night. Great times were had by all as the Cowboy faithful were treated to great food and fellowship as they gathered to celebrate OSU's Big 12 title and NCAA runner-up finishing season which included a 20-1 dual record and 7 AA's and 2 Champs. Kansas was well represented. I heard Kansas and Wichita mentioned many times.
Congratulations to Tyler Caldwell, Darnell Bortz, Austin Hood and Lincoln Lemon for being recognized for their contributions to the team. Big props to Caldwell for garnering his third AA honor. The four are great kids and great student/athletes and a great reflection on Kansas. Also props to Neil Erisman for his contributions as an assistant coach. The five have done us proud!
