I read most of this and wondered if some of you had forgotten what it was like to be in a wrestling room. No, a 100 wins does not equal greatness, hell, with 4 classifications, 2 or 3 state championships does not just by its virtue equal greatness. But, its still one heck of an accomplishment. Greatness is something special, something that gets talked about years later, like on that thread about dominance. But, a 100 wins means a kid went thru a lot of tough practices, probably had to cut weight while everyone else was eating during the holidays, and most of all, there were probably times when he got his a** kicked on the mat in front of family and friends. No 100 wins means something (no not as much to the kids that wrestled all year and in kids club)and should not be looked down upon. And, if you want a different measuring stick, the 150 win thread does that with out cutting down anyone else's accomplishments. Just my thoughts.
