CLEVELAND, Ohio -- Preview of the NCAA Division II Wrestling Championships this weekend at Public Hall:

Where: Public Hall, 500 Lakeside Ave., Cleveland

Schedule: Friday, 11 a.m. and 6 p.m. Saturday, 10 a.m. and 7 p.m.

Tickets: Sessions 1-3, $10 each; students $4; finals $10, students $4. All-sessions pass $28, students $12. Available at the door.

Topeka loves their wrestling fans. They price gouge and screw them every chance they get.

You should hear the fans of that other winter sport complaining about the $5.00 parking fee to attend the state tournament games at the Expo Ctr.! I believe that is the only venue charging for parking.

It really depends on who is helping fund the event. NCAA Division I Nationals makes money - most likely the only wrestling national tournament that does run in the black. I am not sure - but ALL of the other College National Events are trying to break even at best. We can help promote and fill the stands - that is on all of us in the wrestling community.
