Coach Charby was one of those coaches that you saw at kids' tourneys, summer FS/GR tourneys, etc. You sit back and say "no wonder he always has a good high school program......" Always visible. And always a class act. Can't believe he would leave the luxurious overpaid underworked life of a wrestling coach, for an administrative job?  Good luck coach.

Exactly what Doug Said... One of the greatest individuals I have ever come across in the coaching world! His joke of the day at a tournament always broke the ice in a world where everybody takes themselves way too seriously! Not too mention he taught all of us Fargo Coaching Staffers to always remember that "I love my wife"!  Good luck good friend!
