My bad on screwing up Tyler Bell's name, and like I said you do have a couple of good guys, but Herrington nor Buhler has earned their way to be listed as some of the state's best.

When did Buhler become 4a? Herington has like 9 guys on the team which would be more than half. Torres and Johston are probably the bottom of the Herington group in strength of team. They Tyson Utech above them. Then in no particular order Gregory, Pigorsch, Monnington, Castleberry, Bell.
Pretty good team with the last 5 I named...they are in a considerabley weaker region in 3a with 8 of the 10 at the same place...could get good draws early on for state and have a few chances at semifinalists.
But my choice for Toughest Team is probably another county team in Abilene... 9-0 in duals plus they did extremely well by sending JV wrestlers to many varsity competitions. The worst they did with a predominantly all JV squad was 10th out of 20 at Baldwin I believe.

I've seen some good teams thus far, but I still think I won't see the best until regionals...Santa fe Trail gets my nod.

Norton has a pretty solid team.
Never argue with an idiot, they drag you down to their level and beat you with experience.

There's gonna be a great matchup at the Rossville tournament right after christmas break between SFT and Clay Center. After seeing Eden, Wiscombe, Schmale, Connelly, etc. as freshman, i knew that this would be the trail's year. they always have been one of the class acts in 4a and i wish them luck during the year (but not too much )

What tournament did Carroll finish above Norton in? Carrol had almost double the points of nine other schools in their own invitational.

Is there pretty much just wrestlers from North West Kansas Area on here? It seems as if I always run across the same comments about Norton, Hoxie or whatever from the same people.

Something that is interesting: Your super 10 (though opinion) has a breakdown of 3 from class 6A, 3 from class 5A, 3 from class 4A, and 1 from class 321A. It's irrelivant i know, but interesting non-the-less, considering the bias' between classes. Here's my "Super 10": 1. Bishop Carrol-can't argure with success 2. Norton- are they ever bad? 3. Sante Fe Trail- I think it's their year 4. Goddard- Their lightweights are studs! 5. Clay Center- Dog fight between these guys and trail for State title 6. Manhatten- Staying strong this year 7. Abilene- Taplin carries this team this year. 8. Campus- Their gonna stuggle with duels, but come tournament time their studs will make up for it. 9. St. Thomas Aquinas- Loaded with talent this year. They'll get better once Mark Millstead is eligible 10. KC Turner- Good but not Great

What about Peterson and Dawson from Abilene Tiltin? Or have you forgot that getting third place scores almost as many points as first place does? Its gonna be a tight race at the state tourney this year.

I'm sorry allow me to correct myself Igel Nisom. There wasn't meant to be any disrespect towards either Peterson or Dawson. I watched them both wrestle last year, and they are both studs. I was simply stating that IN MY OWN PERSONAL OPINION Taplin was and is the leader of that Abilene squad. But thank you for pointing out to me that in fact 3rd place carries almost as many points as first, because if you hadn't, then i surly would have never known. Prehaps you should spend more of your time writing responses to the main idea instead of trying to pick apart the smallest piece of a post and drilling it. People would prolly like you better if you did.
