Talking to 2 of the programs seeking head coaches you are looking at 36k-42k to start. So I would think younger coaches or those retired wanting to double-dip might jump at the bit. Cost of living in most of the communities is not bad, but the applicant pool has not been plentiful either for any of the positions.
